Your account details (name, email, company), the information you enter to use the product, billing records from Stripe, and basic usage events that tell us which pages are used.
How we use it
To run PrepShield, send the reminders and alerts you signed up for, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that run the service: hosting and database, Stripe for payments, and our email provider. Each is bound to protect it. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, then up to 90 days after you close it, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing storefrontstudio.co@outlook.com. California and other state residents have the rights their state laws provide, and we honor them for everyone.
